§ 66-1. Soliciting to have intercourse for compensation.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person, by word, sign or action, on the streets or in any public place, or at the door or window of any house or room, or upon the porch or steps of any house or room, or upon the driveway, walk or approach to any house or room, or upon the yard or premises upon which any house or room is situated, or in or upon any building or room or part thereof appurtenant to any house or premises within the corporate limits of the city, to seek to have, or offer to have sexual intercourse with any other person in return for compensation or remuneration by such other person.
(b)
Any person found guilty of violating the terms of this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalty provided in section 1-14.
