§ 66-2. Failure to provide flagman at railroad crossing.

(a)
A person commits an offense if he drives or conducts a railroad engine or train across a public street when no flagman is present at such crossing to give notice of the approach of such engine or train.
(b)
It is an exception to the application of this section if there was present at such crossing an automatic signal device giving notice of the approach of such engine or train.
