§ 18-846. Application; fee.

(a)

Any person licensed under division 2 of this article who desires to move any house shall, prior to beginning work, apply to the chief building official for a permit, showing the present location of the house, the new location, the proposed route of moving, the size and type of construction of the house and such other information as the chief building official may require.

(b)

The permit fee for any licensee desiring to move any house shall be $100.00. The permit fees are in addition to the yearly license fee in section 18-813.
