After preliminary approval of the subdivision plat by the commission, the developer
shall file three copies of the engineering plans with the city engineer for review
and approval. The developer shall forward copies to the appropriate county agency
for review of all public improvements. When the development lies outside the city's
extraterritorial jurisdiction, the plans shall be forwarded to the appropriate agencies
and shall be designed to meet the county agencies' standards. Within the city and
the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction, all improvements shall comply with the city's
engineering specifications.
