§ 126-6. Appeal of commission decision.

  • (a)

    Any person shall have the right to appeal any decision of the commission to the city council by making written request to the city manager. Such request must be filed with the city manager within 15 days after such person has been notified of the decision of the commission on the matter involved.

    (b)

    No person shall have any right to appeal for relief to any court in regard to any matter covered by this chapter until after such person has exhausted the appeal procedure provided for in this chapter.
