§ 122-126. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Actual notice means actual knowledge or such circumstances or conditions as would put a person of ordinary prudence on inquiry to determine the facts.

Constructive notice means such information or facts as may be determined from instruments in writing placed of record in the office of the county clerk.

Director means the person designated by the city manager.
