§ 122-61. Required.

(a)

No person shall lay, construct, build, repair or rebuild any sidewalk, driveway, curb or gutter on any street, alley or thoroughfare within the city without:

(1)

Applying to the director for a license to do such work;

(2)

Paying a license fee of $10.00; and

(3)

Obtaining a permit from the director to do such work.

(b)

The license shall expire one year from the date of issue and shall be issued anew for each succeeding year.
