§ 122-31. Curb cuts; concrete driveways required where city installed curb and gutters.

It is the duty of every person owning property abutting on city streets where curb
and gutter have been installed to construct or cause to be constructed, at his own
cost and expense, concrete driveways leading from the curbline to the property line
on such lots, as may be necessary to enter with any vehicle from the street, per the
city's residential and commercial driveway standards. In doing such work property
owners shall have the right to cut down the curb wall, only after receiving a driveway
permit from the chief building official.
