§ 98-323. City's right of revision.

Latest version.

The city reserves the right to establish by ordinance more stringent limitations or requirements on discharge to the wastewater disposal system if deemed necessary to comply with the objectives presented in this article or to secure any other objectives within the police powers of the city.
