§ 98-316. Prohibited discharges.

Under this article, a user shall not introduce into a POTW any pollutant that may cause pass through or interference. The general prohibitions and the specific prohibitions in section 98-317 apply to each user introducing pollutants into a POTW whether or not the user is subject to other national pretreatment standards or any national, state or local pretreatment requirements.
