§ 98-138. Protection from damage.

No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the sewer works. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined in accordance with the penalty set out in division 2 of this article.
