§ 94-151. Colliding with parked or stationary objects.

A person commits an offense if, while driving a vehicle, bicycle or motor-assisted bicycle, he collides with a parked vehicle, bicycle or motor-assisted bicycle or any stationary object upon or near a public traffic area.
