§ 94-92. Proof of existence of devices; presumption.

  • In any prosecution authorized by this chapter or V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 544.002 et seq. or both, when proof is presented as to the existence of a traffic control device, in its proper place and visible by an ordinarily observant person upon any public street, such traffic control device shall be presumed to have been placed and maintained by competent authority of and a duly enacted ordinance by the city.
