§ 94-9. Prohibited U-turns.

  • A person commits an offense if, while driving a vehicle, bicycle or motor-assisted bicycle upon a public street, he makes a U-turn where:

    (1)

    Prohibited by sign; or

    (2)

    Such movement cannot be made with safety and without interference with other traffic.
