§ 94-5. Riding on portion of vehicle not intended for passengers.

(a)

A person commits an offense if he knowingly rides on any portion of a vehicle not intended for passengers.

(b)

It shall be a defense to any prosecution of this section that such person was within a cavity of such vehicle intended for carrying a load.
