§ 86-133. Collection of waste generally.

The city shall not collect commercial waste other than from certain small businesses that contract with the city for collection pursuant to division 2 of this article. The collection and disposal of commercial waste shall be carried out in a safe, sanitary and timely manner. Nothing in this division shall apply to any state-approved sanitary landfill or other waste disposal regulated by other law.
