Division 1. GENERALLY |
§ 86-32. Containers.
Unless expressly prescribed otherwise, in this chapter, a container for garbage shall consist of the following:
(1)
A garbage can made of metal, plastic or other synthetic material with a tightfitting lid that is not less than ten gallons or more than 30 gallons in size, that is leakproof and having no jagged or sharp edges and that is not too bulky to allow safe garbage collection; or
(2)
Plastic bags having a minimum thickness of 1.5 mil and a capacity of not less than ten or more than 30 gallons.
