§ 82-92. Penalties for violation.

  • (a)

    Failure to comply with any provision of this division shall be grounds for the revocation of or the refusal to issue or renew any license required in this division, in addition to any penalties or fines on conviction.

    (b)

    Conviction of any law of the state of Texas, another state, or the United States which constitutes moral turpitude shall be grounds for the revocation of or the refusal to issue or renew any license required in this division, in addition to any penalties imposed upon conviction.

    (c)

    Any person violating any of the sections of this division shall upon conviction be punished by a fine as provided in section 1-14.
