§ 82-57. Exceptions.

This division shall not apply to:
(1)

Businesses licensed as automotive dealers or pawnshops as defined by state law; or

(2)

A purchase of regulated material from a manufacturing, industrial, or other commercial vendor that sells regulated material in the ordinary course of the vendor's business.
