§ 74-61. Required.
(a)
Except as provided in subsection (d) of this section, it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any activity of an itinerant merchant described in section 74-26 without having applied for and obtained a license issued by the director.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any activity of an open air vendor described in section 74-26 without having applied for and obtained an open air vendor license issued by the director.
(c)
It shall be unlawful for any person during a 12-month period to engage in any activity of an open air vendor described in section 74-26 from more than two locations within the city limits.
(d)
No license shall be required of any person while such person is a registered participant in an official, city-sponsored event.
(e)
It shall be unlawful for any person to allow more than two open air vendors to operate on each property he owns or leases during a 12-month period.
