§ 70-19. Boating.

(a)

Boating, including, but not limited to canoeing and kayaking, is prohibited within the Baytown Nature Center.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to launch or recover a boat from within the natural area Baytown Nature Center, except by permit.
