§ 58-99. Setbacks, buffers.
(a)
All mobile homes, manufactured homes, and recreational vehicles shall be located at least ten feet from any property boundary line abutting upon a public street or highway and at least five feet from interior property boundary lines.
(b)
There shall be a minimum distance of ten feet between individual mobile homes, manufactured homes and recreational vehicles, and four feet from adjoining pavement of a park street, or common parking area, or other common areas.
(c)
All manufactured home parks located adjacent to industrial, commercial, or residential land uses shall be provided with screening, such as fences or natural growth along the property boundary lines separating the park and such adjacent nonresidential uses.
