§ 58-4. Permissible uses of mobile homes and manufactured homes.

  • It shall be unlawful to occupy a mobile home or a manufactured home for any type of occupancy other than as a private dwelling; provided, however, a manufactured home may be parked at a construction site for use as a field office for a period not exceeding the period of construction, and not more than one manufactured home may be used for demonstration and office at a manufactured home sales park.
