§ 54-62. Qualifications; vacancies.

(a)

All members of the library board shall be qualified voters and residents of the city.

(b)

If vacancies occur in the board, such vacancies shall be filled in the same manner as original appointments, except such terms shall only be for the remainder of the unexpired term.
