§ 46-36. Certification to city attorney.

If the administrator shall determine after the completion of the investigation that a discriminatory housing practice has occurred and the efforts of the administrator to secure voluntary compliance have been unsuccessful, the administrator shall certify in writing to the city attorney that such discriminatory housing practice has occurred and request the city attorney to prosecute such violation in the municipal court of the city.
