§ 38-62. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in the fire prevention code adopted in section 38-61, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Municipality shall be held to mean the city.

Retail service station means that portion of a property where a flammable or combustible liquid used as motor fuel is stored and dispensed as an act of retail sale from fixed equipment into the fuel tank of a motor vehicle. The term does not include a marina.
