§ 2-618. Same—Special expense fees.
(a)
The judge of the municipal court shall assess and collect a special fee of $25.00 for the issuance and service of a warrant of arrest for an offense under V.T.C.A., Penal Code § 38.10 or under V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 543.009, Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, as described in Vernon's Ann. C.C.P. art. 17.04, and a special expense for the issuance of a warrant of arrest after due notice as described in Vernon's Ann. C.C.P. art. 15.03(b).
(b)
The judge of the municipal court shall require the person requesting a driving safety course under V.T.C.A., Transportation Code §§ 543.102—543.104 to pay a fee of $10.00 prior to deferral to cover part of the cost of administering this section.
