§ 2-457. Appointments; qualifications.

(a)

The cultural arts council shall consist of five members to be appointed by the city council. The members of such board shall serve at the pleasure of the city council and may be removed by the city council with or without cause.

(b)

All members of the cultural arts council shall be active in city cultural arts organizations.
