§ 2-285. Quorum; voting.

(a)

A quorum shall consist of a majority of the entire membership of the parks and recreation board, and any issue to be voted on shall be resolved by those present.

(b)

The chairman shall be entitled to vote upon any issue but shall have no veto power.
