§ 2-283. Meetings.

The parks and recreation board shall meet no less than once each month. Meetings shall be held at the community center, unless notice of a change of the meeting place is posted in compliance with V.T.C.A., Government Code § 551.043. Meetings shall be open to the public, as required pursuant to V.T.C.A., Government Code § 551.001 et seq., and minutes shall be filed with the city clerk and shall be treated as public records.
