§ 1-7. Continuation of existing Code provisions.

The sections appearing in this Code, so far as they are the same as those of the Code of Ordinances, City of Baytown, Texas, 1967, and of ordinances existing at the time of adoption of this Code, shall be considered as a continuation thereof and not new enactments.
