§ 18-1133. Additional remedies.

In addition to the criminal penalties as expressed in section 18-1132, the city may maintain an action against any person who owns, maintains or controls a public or private residential swimming pool for failure to comply with the requirements of this division. Such action may include but not be limited to the relief afforded the city in V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code § 757.012.
