§ 18-1131. Enforcement authority.

Any person authorized to enforce this article under section 18-1071 may enter any occupied premises on which a public swimming pool is located or any unoccupied premises at all reasonable times to inspect, investigate or enforce the powers granted under this division. After providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice to the occupant, any person authorized to enforce this article may enter any occupied premises on which a private residential swimming pool is located at all reasonable times to inspect, investigate or enforce the powers granted under this division.
