The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
House leveler
means a person who levels a house or any other type of building by adjusting or repairing
the house or building or by reinforcing the foundation of a house or building, by
any method or means used. Any person who is contracted, hired or obtained by any method
or by any system to obtain the services of a house leveler shall be deemed to be a
house leveler and shall be regulated by this article. A house leveler or any person
so defined in this section shall be referred to as a "leveler" in this article.
