§ 18-876. Time limits; continuous motion.

  • (a)

    Under this article, the maximum time during which a house may legally remain in a street, under a permit, shall be 48 hours.

    (b)

    During the entire time the house is occupying the street or any portion of the street, the licensee shall keep it continuously in motion toward its destination and shall not allow the work of moving to stop during such time.
