§ 18-783. Proof of exceptions in legal proceedings.

In any complaint or other legal proceeding brought for the enforcement of this article, it shall not be necessary to negate any exception, excuse, proviso or exemption, and the burden of proof of any such exception, excuse, proviso or exemption shall be upon the defendant.
