§ 18-781. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

House means any building or structure used or designated to be used for human habitation or occupancy in any manner or for any purpose.

House moving means the transportation of a house from place to place along or across any public street within the corporate limits.

Street means any part of the street, including the sidewalk area.
