§ 18-497. Penalty for violation.

Latest version.

Any person violating this article shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction shall be fined as provided in section 1-14. A failure to comply with any requirement in this article or the mechanical code adopted and amended in this article shall constitute a violation.
