§ 18-96. Fire protection systems.

No vertical building inspections above the foundation are permitted, for any building on any tract of land within the corporate limits of the city until such time as the water lines, approved fire vehicle access lanes, and fire hydrants necessary for fire protection have been constructed in a manner suitable to the fire chief or are already present. Flammable materials may not be stockpiled on a building site under a foundation permit, and such stockpiling shall be grounds for revoking a foundation permit.
