§ 14-134. Suspension.

A kennel license may be suspended by the chief of police for any of the following reasons:
(1)

Violation of any of the laws of the state, federal or city government or commission of an offense as defined by this chapter.

(2)

Failure to post the kennel license in a prominent place on the premises of the kennel.

(3)

Failure to keep the premises in a safe and sanitary condition.
