§ 14-96. Location restrictions.

It shall be unlawful for a person to intentionally or knowingly operate or maintain a kennel located within 100 feet of a private residence that the owner or keeper of the kennel has no right to occupy or within 300 feet of any church, school, hospital or public place where food is sold or consumed.
