§ 102-56. Required.

Latest version.

No individual, firm or corporation shall drive or operate or cause to be driven or operated any taxicab or taxicab service for the transportation for hire of persons upon or over any street in the city unless there has first been obtained a license duly issued by the city. It shall be unlawful to drive or operate a taxicab or taxicab service without the license, which is in full force and effect.
