§ 102-27. Enforcement.

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the city manager or his duly authorized subordinates, particularly the chief of police and the police department, to enforce this article under their police power and all sections of this article with respect to any violation of this article and to the regulation of taxicabs in the city.
